John graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leeds, UK. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014 and also in the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in Sabah in 2018 (non-practicing).
He was previously a Legal Assistant at Messrs John Yong & Irene Song before founding John Wong Associates in May 2023, and subsequently merging with Tan & Khong Chambers in October 2024. John's focal practice areas includes conveyancing and family law related matters, revolving around matters of estates and trusts, as well as matrimonial affairs.
